    Dr. Downing attended The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He has practiced psychiatry in Dallas since 1994 and has been a principle investigator since 2005. 

    Our Dallas site conducts Phase II-IV research in psychiatry and chronic pain studies, and has been established for many years, with long-standing Principal Investigator, coordinators and support staff. Dr. Downing has an on-site private practice which complements research activities.
