  • Vocal tics (such as throat clearing, grunting, or repeating words)
  • Tics may increase during stress or excitement
  • Symptoms begin in childhood and often continue into adulthood

At FutureSearch Trials, we conduct clinical research studies for the possible treatment of Tourette Syndrome

Tourette Syndrome (TS) is a neurological condition characterized by sudden, repetitive movements and vocal sounds known as tics. To qualify for our Tourette Syndrome clinical trial, participants must be between 18 to 65 years old and have a current or past diagnosis of Tourette Syndrome. Additional criteria will be reviewed during screening.

If you or a loved one is living with Tourette’s and interested in participating, please complete the form above or call us to learn more about joining our TS research study to explore new treatment options for tics.

What is Tourette Syndrome?

Tourette Syndrome (TS) is a neurodevelopmental disorder that causes individuals to make involuntary movements or vocalizations called tics. These can range from mild to severe and may interfere with daily life, social situations, or emotional well-being. Common motor tics include blinking or shoulder shrugging, while vocal tics may include coughing, grunting, or repeating words. Tourette’s symptoms typically appear in childhood or early teens and may continue into adulthood. If you or someone you know has been affected by chronic motor and vocal tics, we invite you to learn more about our Tourette Syndrome research study.
